Autumn Is Here is a storytelling and education platform dedicated to helping caregivers navigate one of life’s most difficult transitions. Through conversations with healthcare professionals, advocates, and families, the podcast explores topics such as dementia care, caregiver burnout, senior living, and the emotional realities of caring for aging parents.

Our Approach
Flow Together Media worked with Francine to strengthen both the creative direction and distribution strategy of the platform.
Content Strategy
Podcast conversations were repurposed into short-form video clips, quote graphics, and educational reels that could live across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and podcast platforms. This allowed each episode to reach new audiences beyond the original podcast listeners.

We focused on building Autumn Is Here as a multi-channel digital presence, optimizing the podcast for YouTube while strengthening the brand’s presence across social media.
